Dr. Lou LipschultzLou is an entrepreneur, a licensed eye doctor, and the former executive of the worlds leading manufacturer of Braille and magnification technology. Lou received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1986 and quickly built his first practice into three locations.
Lou exited from full time practice in 2000 to accept the position of North America CEO of the largest manufacturer of blindness devices in the world, New Zealand-based HumanWare, Inc. During his nearly 4 years with HumanWare, he negotiated and completed several acquisitions and led a staff of 65.
He resigned from HumanWare to found an internet portal for the blindness industry (OcuSource.com, LLC). To support the marketing needs of the blindness marketplace, he created a "virtual tradeshow" to bring the content to the attendee, solving many issues including cost of travel, lodging, a significant limiting factors for this financially challenged market. That event had over 11,000 live attendees and generated over 100,000 downloaded audio or video files. Let'sGoEXPO was born.
United Webcast, LLC, was founded in 2010 as a webcast-specific solution provider to various vertical markets, including Memorial Webcasts.
After receiving her MS in Broadcast Journalism from Boston, Robin has held various positions with major corporations. Robin is skilled in strategic communications planning; corporate identity & branding; media, community and investor relations; social media; websites; e-newsletters; brochures; and annual reports. Clients span most industries including asset management, government, banking and finance, health and fitness, high tech, medical devices, consumer products, restaurant, and commercial real estate. She was also Press Secretary at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Office Lt. Governor Thomas P. O'Neill III.
Robin has held marketing and communications positions with corporations including FileNet (IBM), Teradata, and Lotus, and has consulted for Sun Microsystems, SPSS Inc., Chevron, Farmers & Merchants Bank, Sunrise Assisted Living just to name a few.
John Rudow John has over 30 years experience in the high tech industry specializing in computers and data communication sales and the funeral home and mortuary business. He joined United Webcasts as the Vice President of corporate accounts to grow and develop the Memorial Webcasts division.
Before joining United Webcasts, John was President of the EAI Group, overseeing both Exclusive Audio Imaging, Inc and EAI PRO AV, Inc. The EAI Group is an audio video integration company recognized as the leader in funeral home and mortuary audio video solutions. During his tenure the company integrated over 300 funeral homes and mortuaries including a state of the art system in the Sky Rose Chapel at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA.
He started his career serving 10 years in the U.S. Navy programming and running simulations on the Naval Warfare Gaming System utilizing the internet before it was open to public access.
Rebecca honed her development skills with HP in the early 90's working on intranet development, then moved on to a startup that failed, and finally landed with Financial Interactive (now SS&C technologies) where she developed their content mgmt system and built the front end websites for Hedge Fund clients. Rebecca joined the OcuSource team in 2004, and then became a co-founder of LetsGoExpo in 2005, where she devotes 100% of her efforts.
Matt joined the LetsGoExpo team in early 2008 as a contractor, working closely with Rebecca in the development and refinement of the LetsGoExpo websites.
Michael is an expert in online security, hardware, and database architecture. Michael joined the LetsGoExpo team as a contractor in the fall of 2007.
Stefanie Baeker: Database Management
Stephanie joined the OcuSource team in 2004 and transferred to the LetsGoExpo team in 2008. Originally from Germany, Stefanie telecommutes from Cancun Mexico. She is fluent in 6 languages, and manages the online tech support and marketing databases for Let'sGoExpo.
